The Bayelsa State Commissioner for Works and Infrastructure, Mr Moses Teibowei, has described Governor Douye Diri as the best option for a speedy and all-inclusive development in the State.

Mr Teibowei, gave the description  at his office in Yenagoa when he played host to organisers of Kolokuma/Opokuma Youth Confab.

He  noted that, within the past three years, Governor Diri has   done well in the execution of critical infrastructural projects cut across the three senatorial districts of the State.

The works and infrastructure commissioner, emphasised that the Prosperity Government does not owe any of the contractors and has not also taken any loan to fund any of the ongoing or completed projects.

Mr Teibowei, charged the KOLGA youths  to be unwavering in their resolve  and continue to galvanize others to support the second term bid of the governor as he is the perfect will of God for Bayelsa at this critical moment.

He also used the medium to endorse the Kolokuma/Opokuma Youth Confab, assuring them of his full participation and support.

Speaking earlier, KOLGA Youth Congab, led by Mr Bedford Eneye, had said the youths of the State were satisfied with the infrastructural strides of the Governor hence, the decision to appreciate his efforts by unanimously supporting his second term bid through the youth confab.

Mr Eneye, noted that since the Governor is a son of KOLGA, they decided that the LGA becomes the grand finale of youth confabs in the state in order to host other local governments in Sampou to appreciate them for supporting the governor’s second term bid.
