**** As CP charges operatives to fish-out other suspects 

The Police Public Relations Officer of the Bayelsa State Command, CSP Asinim Butswat, says the operatives of the command have arrested one of the killers of former Divisional Police Officer of Ahoada Division, Rivers State, Late SP Bako Angbashim.

CSP Butswat, said the suspect, one Onyekachi Ikowa, the second in command to dreaded Icelander cult group, Tubaba,  was arrested on the 18 of November, based on Intel report that he was hibernating in Yenagoa after participating in the murder of the deceased in September 2023.

According to the command image-maker, the Commissioner of Police, Francis Iduh, has charged operative of the command to fish out any of his cohorts who is hiding in the State.

The PPRO also said the commissioner stressed that the State under his watch would not be a safe haven for criminals to hide.

Meanwhile, the suspect has been handed over to the Rivers Police Command for further investigation.
